Vacuum forming: Sheet material in ABS, polystyrene, acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, etc. receives any desired form in our vacuum forming machines. We process sheet formats of up to 4400 x 2300 mm with a maximum thickness of 12 mm. Bending: Bending of more straightforward parts is carried out on our 2 bending machines for plastics. Lengths of up to 3000 mm with a sheet thickness of up to 12 mm or lengths of up to 2000 mm with a sheet thickness of up to 30 mm are bent perfectly without effort. Draping: Uniaxial forms are draped in our kilns. Formats of up to 3000 x 3000 mm with a thickness of up to 100 mm are readily processed. finish-machining
